SIKA DESIGN Dining Armchair Isabell Rattan

Isabell Dining Armchair is a charming wicker chair in Danish design. The chair is part of Sika-Design's Affaire collection which represents a unique selection of charming bistro and café furniture, inspired by Sika-Design's own designs from the 1950s and the charming café chairs that are seen everywhere in Paris.
The chair is handmade in sustainable Indonesian rattan by skilled wicker makers. The Affaire collection is made ArtFibers, available in a larger selection of colors that can be put together in countless combinations. ArtFibers are artificial fibers made from maintenance-free polyethylene that can withstand the sun's UV radiation. The combination of rattan and ArtFiber gives the wicker furniture a unique strength, flexibility and comfort.
The Isabell chair has armrests, which provides extra support and comfort. The chair is designed for brasseries, cafés and restaurants, but it is also suitable for the ordinary home. The chair is made for indoor use but can be used outdoors in covering areas and should not be exposed to rain and moisture.

Danish Sika-Design is known for its attractive, handmade rattan and wicker furniture. Ankjær Andreasen founded the company in 1942 and named it after the delicate and elegant sika deer that is called sikahjort in Danish.
